a goddamn siesta

I tend to work my butt off while my kids are in camp. I forget to eat. I pick them up at 4pm and all three of us. are. toast.
They pop a DVD into their little TV with a cold drink and I lie down for an hour on my nice cool breezy bed like a goddamn 90s mom.
